About Us

About Us Gestus

We're passionate about making Brazilian sign language (Libras) accessible to everyone

João and Renzo high-fiving after winning a competition

Our Story

Gestus was born during a late night Discord meeting where João Pedro Marques Santos and Renzo Honorato were discussing science education and realized just how cut off deaf people are from that world. With 1% of Brazil's population being deaf or hard of hearing, we set out to create a solution.
